🚀Futwork Series A

We are glad to announce our INR 21 crores Series A, led by Michael & Susan Dell Foundation along with Artha Venture Fund, Simile Ventures, D2C Insider Angels and Abhishek Goyal.

In 2020, our pivot to Futwork was our shot at survival. We already had a large distributed workforce, speaking to our customers helped us concentrate and focus our efforts towards building a distributed contact centre. The team, beyond the founders, worked extensively to learn new skills, build new product offerings which helped us to completely re-imagine how outbound calling was done using a secure mobile app. We also launched our own dialler, which still wows our customers and makes life easier for our agents.

With supporters such as Blume, Simile and some amazing angel investors, we were able to navigate through the pivot, raise a seed round and sculpt a robust business model. We have maintained profitability for the last 10 months, while growing 3x in revenue.

Our series A will help us get closer to our goals of building a distributed contact centre, going beyond voice. Our goal is to have 50,000 agents working in the next 5 years. We also have a bunch of new products launching including AI calling to help our customers drive better results, at a lower cost than traditional contact centres.

Lastly, a big thank you to our team. I know founders usually post fundraise messages saying we need to get back to work. I want us to take a moment to celebrate, pause to pat yourselves on the back. And to our parents, spouses, siblings who have had to live through this emotional roller coaster with us, we <3 you!
